I had only experienced reiki one other time with another person, so I was not sure of the effect
another session would have on me, but after only one session with Cristina, I felt very relaxed
and peaceful. My arms and legs became very heavy and remained so for several hours
afterwards, but then they felt very relaxed. Cristina is excellent for giving a relaxing therapy
because she is a calm person who emanates peacefulness. Her sense of calm places her clients in
a state of serenity so the process really works.
