Massage Therapy - a wonderful way of relaxing your body, releasing it from stress, giving it nurturing and care, loving it, as it is your vehicle for your soul on this Planet. I use Chinese techniques (TuiNa) the meridians (paths of energy in the body corresponding to the organs) and combine it with Reiki (energy work) and Toning (Sacred Sound).
One hour and a half session - $70.00
Half hour session - $35.00
Reflexology - for people who don't like to take off their clothes and be given a massage, this therapy is much more comfortable and can give you a full sense of relaxation. Reflexology can be worked on your feet and hands by stimulating certain areas that correspond to your organs, glands, and meridians. When doing this work you may feel energy shifting in your entire body and release much of your tension. It helps headaches and migranes,back issues,diabetes, PMS, lymphatic system, constipation, improves circulation and so much more! I combine Reiki and Toning in this therapy as well.
One hour session - $45.00
Reiki - this Japanese word means rei (universe) and Ki (energy) which translates into "Universal Life Force". This energy animates our beings and gives us the feeling of wellness.It is a very non invasive therapy. You don't need to take your clothes off and you lay on the table as the therapist will apply his/her hands on your energy centers (chakras) channeling the energy from the universe to you.Reiki benefits are many, like:

♥assists the body in cleaning itself from toxins

Sacred Sound Healing - this therapy embraces all kinds of sound tools and musical styles,from classical music (Mozart, Beethoven...) to tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tingsha, drums, tuning forks, didgeridoo (australian instrument) and amongst so many others the most precious tool we all have, the VOICE. All of these tools have one purpose, that is to awake the sacredness in us and to bring harmony and balance into our Body, Mind and Spirit.

I use the Voice, more than any other tools. Toning and overtoning are the techniques I use to help release pain and stress and to help align imbalanced portions of the body.When working with toning and overtoning the results can be astounding,as sound can rearrange molecular structure. Therefore you can witness amazing improvement in vertebra alignement, muscles relaxation,chronic pain disappear, traumas and blockages releasing.
As mentioned before, I work with Sound in all of my other modalities. If you prefer just to have a Sound Healing session, you just lay on the table and you will be worked only with Sound.

Intuitive Painting - painting is a way to release our emotions and bring centerdness to our lives. I listen to the heart and give the mind some "vacation"!Before starting to paint I set an intention and let myself be guided and inspired by the Source and my heart. I do intuitive painting as a healing therapy for myself and to others who desire to have their emotions and essence depicted on canvas.

Drumming - this healing therapy is very powerful as it calls the tribal in all of us!The root chakra (energy center) is very connected to mother earth and it stands for survival, stability, security, family, self esteem, grounding (mostly when we are "spacing off" and need to come back to the body).Many studies reveal drumming to release tension, anxiety and stress. It is a good treatment to hypertension, asthma, chronic pain, arthritis, migranes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, emotional disorders. It induces deep relaxation and promotes the production of endorphins and endogenous opiate, the bodies own morphine-like painkillers, and can thereby help in the control of pain.My husband,Chuck, and I use the djembe (african drum) to do a healing therapy called "Under the Drum".The person lays on the floor and the 2 of us place the bottom part of the round drum on top of the person's energy centers. As we connect to the Source we are being guided to move from one place of the body to another according to its needs. The powerful drums beat and vibration can shift energies in the body, mind and spirit enhancing a wonderful harmony and balance.
I work with the frame drum as well (native
american),combined with Reiki and Intuitive Chants.
Chuck and I are available to play the Drums and Native
American Flute in events, private parties and private
sessions.
